This book is a part of a franchise. I can't believe that I read it -- just a manual, really. I guess it's an informative reference book to keep in the bathroom.
This book has received some criticism. Advice: don't use the medical stuff in the book as guidance -- don't correct your doctor with this book because it often goes against medical science.
